Brent and Force Roofing Systems is a great company to do business with. They are on time and very clean the entire crew. They took care from start to finish my insurance claim and worked with our adjuster. Can’t thank them enough. Job well … More done.

We had our roof replaced today by Force Roofing. We live in a townhome where there are four connected. They were able to do all four in two days. The roofers arrived right on time, put up screening, and went right to work. Both days … More they worked until sunset. When they were finished, they cleaned everything so well that it looked like they had never been there. We could not have been more pleased with this company and their crew. Thank you!!

Force Roofing Systems is top notch. Every person associated with putting my roof on was so knowledgeable. Brent explains everything so clearly, so you know what to expect the day the crew come to roof your home. The workers were on time, … More covered up all around house with tarps and nets to protect everything. I can’t say enough about the workers work ethics. They worked steady, and but very fast. I feel confident that Force Roofing systems is the best! I will recommend them to all my family and friends. I am very thankful for everything they did for me!

The Leading Commercial Waterproofing Experts in Franklin

 trusted Commercial waterproofing Franklin, TN

Harsh weather can cause irreparable damage to your commercial property. Water (either by humidity or rain) is the main source of damage that can occur to the actual structure of a building, it reaches and degrades the foundation by traveling from the outer plaster. This is why a layer of protection to the exterior structure is so essential.

Damage to the foundation can be observed by the development of cracks on the plaster, rot formation on walls and presence of moisture or water marks and stains on the ceiling. Left unchecked, and your building could suffer from mold and fungus growth or a total pooling of water inside the structure.

Types of Commercial Waterproofing Services We Offer

Big or small, Force Roofing Solutions is ready to tackle your waterproofing project. Here are some of the waterproofing solutions and services that we offer to Middle Tennessee.

Liquid Waterproofing Membrane

Liquid membrane is a thin coating consisting of a primer coat and two top coats which are applied by roller, spray or trowel. This solution is more flexible than the other cementitious types of waterproofing. The liquid then cures into a rubbery coating, the durability of this waterproofing coating depends on what type of polymer the manufacturer used.

Bituminous Coating Waterproofing

Bituminous coating is a common type of coating used in waterproofing and flexible protective coatings. Bituminous coating is also called an “asphalt coating”. It is an excellent protective coating and waterproofing agent, especially on surfaces such as concrete foundations. Bituminous coating is made of bitumen based materials but is not suitable for exposure to sunlight. It becomes very brittle and fragile when long exposure to the sunlight unless it is modified with more flexible material such as polyurethane or acrylic based polymers.

Bituminous Membrane Waterproofing

Bituminous membrane waterproofing is a very popular method used for low-sloped roofs due to their proven performance. Bitumen, also known as asphalt, is a black, sticky and very viscous liquid or semi solid form of petroleum. Thanks to its effective waterproofing qualities, it is widely used in construction. Bituminous membranes are perfect for waterproofing roofs, basements, below-ground structures, bridges and other structures. These materials could also be used as an underlay for pitched roofs to provide a vapor barrier.

Polyurethane Liquid Membrane Waterproofing

The polyurethane liquid membrane method of waterproofing is mainly used on flat roofs that are exposed to weathering. This waterproofing method is very effective and therefore more costly to apply. Polyurethane liquid membranes offer higher flexibility over other waterproofing solutions. Some water-based polyurethane membranes are designed for a range of waterproofing applications where the membrane may be covered over with tiles, concrete beds, etc. They often offer excellent adhesion properties over building substrates including concrete, masonry, renders, wet area sheet surfaces, cement sheeting and plasterboard surfaces.
