They took photos and showed me both areas of no issue and areas that were problematic so that I could see what and why they recommended the roof areas for replacement that they did. I received a quote the next day that exactly matched what had been discussed. I was communicated a start date that was to begin within a week of the assessment which was ideal for me. The team showed up timely every day and kept the property immaculate before leaving the property. They were respectful of my neighbors’ properties as well. The roofing crew did a pretty good job. They were fast and efficient. Their cleanups were very good as I found very little trash or materials left behind. There was no property damage that was unacceptable. I have just two complaints; a … More very small amount of wood trim was supposed to be replaced and painted and the flashing around two chimneys was to be replaced. Neither of these were done well. The trim was not completely replaced nor was it painted, and the chimney flashing work was sloppy. Both of these issues were quickly resolved, although I am still not completely satisfied with the flashing work. Photos available on request.
